I signed up for the ProWritingAid’s version of NaNoWriMo this morning. It’s a little different but very similar format and already have seen things to RSVP Sprints and different events. Curious if anyone else is giving it a shot? I don’t honestly have the time right now, and I’m not even 100% certain I’m going anywhere with my current project, but I figured I’d give it a shot. ---

I’ve been thinking about it but haven’t joined yet. Does it have user profiles and stats and buddy lists and stuff like NaNo had? ---

I’m “participating” in the same way I’m “participating” in a bunch of Discord server events - just uploading my word count every so often. Namely I just want to see if they got the Scrivener 50% off this year ---

So I believe they do have a lot of stats and user profile stuff, but they don’t let you use any of it until it officially starts or you’re a pro member. The buddy thing is different. You can join groups but the set up is more like a forum that the individual chat stuff. ---
