Twitter has always been a hot mess haha. I only got a twitter when Elon bought it and i tried for like 3 days and i always forget to even look lmfao. Also its always been the most toxic and rude platform. Ive never liked that.
It seemed there were a lot of agents in there though and they used to run pitch events and stuff. Also a huge writing community. But Elon has officially run it into the ground. I’ve been trying to get into Insta, but I don’t like having to post pictures and stuff all the time, so…connecting to a large group of other writers can be exhausting!

Hey all! Midnight Lotus chap 5 is still being worked on. I am going back a few chaps and adding in some “foreshadowing” cause like always I am pantsing this and slowly realizing I gotta stop and plot more lol. Have patience with me.

I am also trying to get into insta but very slow as I wanna plan and prep this- gonna need a back log of content to get started. Also, for anyone that does ever wanna dip into Discord, there are many writing, editing and publishing author communities outside straight author fan groups that are great to bounce idea’s off. Let me know if you would like to join and will send invites. 
I had trouble getting into it too- like any new tech lol- but am now loving it.

I guess the only thing ive ever gotten on twitter for is political stuff haha, since im not big on writing community too often. Im sorry to hear the author stuff isnt happening as much anymore. We feel kind of the same way when it comes to motorcycle content and such, since thats what my husbands channel is about/what I edit for.
Instagram is hard! Its all about the reels and im horrible at making those so i really just use it as a memory album for my daughter.
If you would like to. I wasnt too concerned with a chat right now because it doesnt look like wacky will be shutting down anytime soon. if a chat is something thats needed or wanted by most people, I think you can set them up through this website, or I can make a google one. if people think commenting on this thread is too much.

Hi @everyone I’m sorry, but I don’t think The Girl Of A Thousand Ships is ready yet for critique, could I replace it with another project that I’m working on that is more fleshed out? It’s called FOLKLORE.
@Shea and @MargTheCoffeeAddict Story Labs is an open discord for writers to get feedback on their work and as questions. very nice community run by Nick from Wattpad.
There are a few other groups- some do Read for Read like Dreamland but that group too big for me I tend to stick to the smaller ones haha and others just for fantasy authors or genre specific. Let me know if those intrest you and will send off too.
