I’m almost finished with chapter 01. I have written 541 words so far. I hope to finish chapter 01 today and start planning the other chapters so I have a guideline to work with. I’ll share chapter 01 as soon as it’s finished today!!

I am taking some me time for the holidays to catch up on writing and I’m plodding through stories and have a chap of All These Wicked Hearts up (A dragon romantasy)- which I can share if interested. I might switch to writing more of that one, depending on interest. I will also have an update for Midnight Lotus next week.

Hey! How are you doing!? Hopefully you are feeling better this week. When are you due by the way? I would be interested in a Hiatus to get fully up to date on everyone’s work so I start the new year with a clean slate. I would also like to commit more time to writing cause with the whirlwind of chaos I haven’t had much time to sort things out. >.<

If enough people are doing a hiatus, I have no problem with going on one. I’m busy negotiating things here at work, consulting to open my own private practice and it will give me some time to focus on my editing and writing. I feel like I need to really motivate myself to edit the stories I have done but I just keep getting sucked into new ones 
Anyway, hope everyone is enjoying December so far.
I have a fantasy romance in the works! Its about a she-wolf and an Angel who work together to stop a curse that plagues her people. Its very high-fantasy, and this 2nd draft is nearly finished. Expect some graphic scenes and dark notes (mostly internal thoughts from the mc). Plus a couple of adult scenes in the latter half. Im not sure how old you are, and I wont ask, but just in case youre underage or this isnt your thing.
I dont mind taking a hiatus if others need it!
I always write my favorite scenes out first too and then try to figure out a way to connect them or how they would work together for my plot. I free-write the first quarter and then fill out a 3 act story structure, implementing the first part & those fave scenes where they fit.
Have you heard of Abbie Emmons? She uses Lisa Crons book Story Genius and goes into depth on story structure and makes your story as best as it can be. Her entire 3 act story structure series on YT is a game changer. I hope you give it a try. Here’s a link to the story structure doc. It might give you inspiration to get further in your stories, as it sure did this for me.

Happy Sunday! Looks like there are enough people that are either interested in, or could benefit from using a Hiatus. It works out perfectly to take until January 1st off, as Jan 1st is a Monday. So I think the plan will be do take things easy, get some catch up done and regroup In January! I’ll still post here and there so please check back. I’m always worried everyone will forget about this during breaks, but a break is always good to take. 
I’m doing much better. I had pneumonia and was in the emergency room for that two nights in a row. That was the first week of November. I’m mostly anti medicine, or try to do natural options first because I Just think everything is way to overprescribed and it’s all a big money scheme for the most part, so that was rough. But turns out I’m allergic to the Antibiotics they gave me to help me with the infection. So we are dealing (STILL) with some super weird symptoms from that. sigh But I am on the mend and getting better every day. I can at least walk now and function with my husband and Toddler. Plus my husband is off until Christmas day now (he has to work Christmas afternoon) But things are definatly looking up.
I’m due early/mid March. I have less than 13 weeks left/less than 100 days until I have a new little baby in my arms. 
That would be my nightmare! I hate negotiating, but I’m sending all the good vibes your way in hopes that what you want to happen does and you get everything you need or want from the deal. I think owning your own business would be awesome!
I really hate negotiating too, especially because the owner of the agency I work for is really stingy. But it helps that I have my license now and have so many more options. My consult apt isn’t until after the holidays so…fingers crossed!

Oh I love the new babies so cute!! Excited for you! <3 I’m so sorry you are still dealing with the sickies. That sucks >.< I’m of the same mindset that O’ natural is best but also there are some things you can’t take when pregnant. Like I swear by oil of oregano but it’s a prenancy no no. Can you do tumeric?

Hey everyone! I hope your holidays are going well.
I know I promised chapter 1 of my story, but I have been planning 2 stories right now. And one of them is a story I have stuck in my head for YEARS. But never had the courage to put on paper.
I hope you guys can remain patient a little while longer. Because I’m finally writing the story that has been stuck in my head for years! And I mean years. I think I was 16 or something when I first thought about it? I’m now 27. So, it’s time I put this story on paper and write it.
Because maybe, I have been wanting to write other stories this entire time, because I was too scared to write this one. If you guys want, I can make a tracking doc for it, so you guys can stay updated. Let me know!
I’ll focus more on this group and reading you stories in the next year. Promise!

I don’t have any tumeric honestly, I’ve never needed it for anything previously, and that’s part of the hard part about starting down this road of getting away from the medical industry. I’ve never really gone to the doctor growing up, but now I just can’t help but see the corruption so I’m moving so much more to natural stuff to treat everything because I can’t trust a damn thing they want to put in my body or do to my body during pregnacy or anything ect ect. So slowly building our natural stockpile.
I love that there are options for you! Also hope you get a wonderful break for the holidays.
