That’s funny. And weird lol. It’s basically a blogging platform. You subscribe to people, so it’s like a follow. You can do newsletters which is what I am starting. Figured it is a good way to reach more ppl as an author

I’m currently working on a novel and I keep creating stuff for it!
Currently working on an AI generated soundtrack, because I don’t know which existing soundtracks would work for the story! I told myself to write first and then share anything regarding chapters! So, unfortunately I won’t tell anything else about this story, since I don’t want to force myself to write it and expect myself to write 3 chapters in a short amount of time, so that you guys can read it!
So I will take it slow, and hopefully deliver an amazing story!

Same I am so sorry I have been MIA all I’m trying to get the redraft of W&H before my editor gets it in Aug so on a time crunch and recovering from a summer bug. I’m a bit more Active on Discord (not but much) not sure if you’re on Pen & Prose server @Vintaginity?

Awe, I’m sorry to hear you were sick for a little bit. It’s always worst in summer when you want to be out and about.
I’m not on Discord at all. My husband uses it for work and talks about how much he hates it all the time so I’ve never really tried.
Oh my, I can’t believe the last time I wrote here was in February 
We’re in July, where the time go?! It’s insane!! 
I need more minutes in a day to do all I need to do.
I’m still working on a complete rewrite of The White Forest - the Fable of the halved souls. I like how it’s coming together, way better than what it was in the previous drafts.
I want to apologized to anyone who had to read it-- it’s so cringe, I’m blushing of shame when I do some re-read of it.
I planned to cut 100k out of it, but I keep adding more stuff and I doubt it will be shorter in the end haha
But it gave me time to figure out the plots in the second and third book, and I’m fighting myself to not start the second one already and to finish the first.
Hope you all having a great summer! We’re heading to camping for the next three weeks, and I bought a foldable keyboard to be able to write on my phone when everyone will be sleeping 
Perhaps being outside with no distraction other than wild animals will help

2025 UPDATES.
Absence!
Hi all! I’m so sorry I have been absent! I keep forgetting to check this forum!
I’m finally working on something decent. And I can’t wait to share with you all! (If you’re still interested)
I’m first writing it in Scrivener and I can (if you guys would like) share it chapter by chapter in a Google Doc. I have chapter 01 finished and I planned on writing chapter 02 earlier today but it never happened because I had one of those days where I just didn’t feel like it. I didn’t feel like doing anything at all!
New Novel.
As mentioned above, I’m working on a new novel and this time… I’ve realized why I never could share anything with you guys. I felt immense pressure! When there wasn’t any! So, I can share the story chapter by chapter. But I may focus on writing it all in Scrivener first!
What do you guys prefer?
It’s a fantasy novel.
It started out as a random: “what if I combined Buffy The Vampire Slayer with The Mortal Instruments?”
…Let’s just say it steered away from that initial spark really fast! It turned into its own thing with elements from Harry Potter, Winx Club, Mortal Instruments and basically looked at those elements and I sort of added them. (in hindsight: adoption basically happened in HP as well, not just Winx Club)
It’s about Calia Hale who was adopted years ago by Helen and Mark Hale. They live in Vance Harbor (in New England) and they live a relatively normal life. Until a letter arrives on Calia’s 16th birthday. She’s accepted into Caldwell Academy. A school for the Supernatural. Calia finds out she’s not entirely as nirmal as she thought and goes to Caldwell Academy. There a whole new world shows itself to her and she may or may not find out more about her true heritage!
