The only main character I have that has some kind of a special saying is cursed jerk Jack. He says “shine a light” which is an exclamation that he uses when he discovers something especially good. It’s supposedly his own made-up phrase but it’s also speculated to be a dead saying that people used in his rural town.
I can’t think of anyone else. Most don’t have catchphrases. They do have special curse words.

Ish… I do try to keep self-flavored on each person, but it’s not so much a catch-phrase.
