This makes me think of that weird porn section where big women/men eat food why having sex. Or cases of relationships where one partner is overweight (usually obese to the point of needing care) and the other encourages them to continue overeating.
This dude just figured out how to make money off his grotesque kink. His eyes also are scarily close to how Darkspawn’s eyes look in Dragon Age, which is really weird.
