What are fakes?: Covers I make for your entertainment. Maybe you want me to make your cover in my style? Or a cover for a fake story that you’ll never write? Or I could try and make the cover of your favorite book?

What happens with fakes?

1. You get to keep it as art, if you want.
2. The overall design will be put up for a premade in my premade shop.

Important Fox Notes:

• I won’t do face claims which means if it is a fanfic, I won’t put the celebrity or character on the cover.
• Covers can take up to 2 HOURS to make. I don’t slap text on a pretty pinterest picture and give it to you with a cookie.
• I have limitations. I’m not a magic covermaking sorceress. I’m just the secretary to the fox that makes the covers.
• Recently into making fantasy covers.
• A genre I rarely do is romance, sci-fi, horror, and western. You want to challenge me?

Terminology
Tagline: Tells something about the story. Usually something intriguing. Maybe it’s a quote, a bit of dialogue, something to make you stop and go WHAT? Harry Potter example: the boy who lived.
Subtitle: The second title after the main title. For The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, the subtitle would be The Chronicles of Narnia. A subtitle can also be Book One or XYZ Series or A Short Story or A BTS Fanfic.

Okay, so I did my best. What do you think? Gave me good practice to make covers with lots of text. I tend to gravitate towards warm-tone colors

Wow, these are amazing!!! The second especially looks like a published book I could find in a store!! The warm colours with the sparks and sillouettes are lovely and provides a really mysterious/fantasy/adventure feel

Summary: A gang leader must confront her past to save her present.

Mood of the cover: Fantasy, mystery, royal, magical, dark extreme

Color Palette: kirishima eijirou, Airbender Colour Palette except darker, Black Gold Grey but cut out the grey and white please.

Ideas: Completely text based / with a castle on the cover. The text based version would be the title with a lot of swashes on / around it and with fire and embers floating around the rest of the cover. The castle version would be a castle hidden (title is still main focus, but castle should be visible too) and the ‘lies’ buried in the castle.

I’ll let you know that this is a cover for a book I’m writing, but it will possibly never be uploaded to wattpad (or not for a few years, at least), and I’m looking for inspiration for my own cover tries. This is random, and I am asking you to make a cover that I will make, too, because I’m not happy with what I’m getting and I want to see how someone else would do it, so I understand if you don’t want to make this cover.

Idk what this is, but it’s something XD There’s so much text and I rarely work with cursive script, so it was really hard to find a good balance I hope you like it.

Title: Beyond Death (and idm it being used by anyone)

Subtitle: Dance with death book one

Tagline: She’s deadlier than death

Author Name: Paige Turner

Genre: Fantasy / slight horror, but more fantasy. Dark fantasy.

Summary: The story follows someone who’s trying to track down a woman prophesized to destroy the kingdoms, who had been kept in international captivity since her powers showed themselves. The person our protagonist is chasing has some really dark and strong magic (and magic has been very weak for the past century). Said escaped captive is also very dangerously alluring. She’s been on the run and hidden, and she’s literally a femme fatale, who looks amazing and is victimized by fate. The mc has been on her trail for a while, now, and the woman knows, and she’s been sorta playing with our mc by leaving her clues and all. When they finally meet, our mc is very conflicted about whether the woman is as evil as she seems.

Mood of the cover: mysterious, magical, dark

Color Palette: Overture Color Palette

Ideas: A woman running amongst mist and magic swirling around her, maybe some fireflies or embers floating around her? She’s got to have a dress with a train if it shows.
