Some of my favorite chocolates have been from lesser-known brands! There’s this chocolatier in Brussels called Elisabeth, and they make really good chocolate. The truffles are just *chef's kiss*. Their shop is really cute and has a flowery theme too :star_struck:

As for American chocolate, I think Ghirardelli is one of the nicer chocolates you can get from the grocery store. If you don’t mind splurging, L. A. Burdick is also pretty good. The founder learned chocolate-making in Europe and brought his expertise with him to the US :eyes:

But if we’re talking hot chocolate, one of the best I’ve had would have to go to Katherine Anne Confections in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. It’s super expensive but so good, and it comes with toasted marshmallows!

Nice to see you around tho!

And agreed on Ghirardelli in terms of grocery store chocolates

Definitely will keep an eye out for those places if I ever go to Brussels or Chicago!

Personally, I can’t wait to visit Europe again. It’s been nearly a decade since my last trip and I miss it a lot :sob:

I haven’t been to Europe in over a decade either, so I’d LOVE going again to visit new locations (or revisit certain countries)

I want to go to Asia to visit Japan or perhaps South Korea.

I haven’t gotten a full-time job yet, but I really hope I’ll be able to get a decent-paying one. My friends and I are planning a Europe trip for 2027, countries to be decided ^-^ I do wanna revisit the UK since my bro’s studying there for university right now, and I’d love to go back to Italy too. Among countries I’ve yet to visit, Portugal seems neat :eyes: and those in Scandinavia!

Can confirm Japan is a great place to visit  I haven’t been to South Korea yet but I do wanna go there too!
