  • Raid local camping stores to acquire several sets of extreme weather clothes, footwear, backpacks, fishing / hunting gear, and navigation and medical kits.

  • Use largest backpack to liberate non-perishable food from the local supermarkets.

  • Hike to nearest marina; adopt a stray sailboat, about 30ft length; and teach myself sailing, ocean navigation, and hunting, while cruising north about a mile off the coast.

I forgot this was an actual thing that happened. Damn, does time fly by!
The craziest part was I donā€™t know if I watched one episode or knew about it through commercials during the time it was airing.

That show is a prime example of ā€œI knew it existed, until someone reminded me of that.ā€ Though it also plays a role in ā€œso, yeah, that was a thing I forgot about.ā€
