Berries, for some reason, often LOWER blood sugar, although like all fruits, they are made of sugar (so it’scounter-intuitive and diabletics are still warnsd off from making this their dominant fruits). So blueberries, blackberries, raspberries. Eating sugar snacks leads to more cravings, usually, but Ive not tested it with berries, myself. (First 2 weeks of a major dietary change can be miserable, so watch that, too.)
What’s fun is that I used to be able to find bags of blueberries in the freezer section of Dollar Trees, which is redixulously cheap.
I usually get my canned olives from there because that’s the cheapest Im going to find them (fat source, salt source).
I think that you can get away with having a sociopath as a hero in a kid’s cartoon as long as the story doesn’t acknowledge the fact that they are a sociopath. It worked for Speed Racer.
Maybe that only worked for Japan in the 1960s and 1970s, but still.
