so today was a poo day, everything was definitely not going my way to the point i had to leave the building at work for lunch. I ended up pulling a little money together and went to the Starbucks to get away from the poo show that was the cases i was to fill. Only silver lining being my wifey who was texting me through it all otherwise i would have lost it

Trying to visualize how a hippocampus moves
Does it āgallopā with the front legs and move its tail at the same time?
Or does it rely more on its tail?

On land, they use their legs more, like how sea lions use their flippers.

I think it relies more on its tail for movement in water and uses its hooves for stuff like breaking open sea urchins or uprooting grass, since its mouth would get easily damaged by spines and coral.
Iāve seen them depicted as galloping but i just think that motion doesnāt account for water resistance
