What’s on my mind right now is . . . it’s September and already over 20C in temperature. It’s meant to still be snowing. We shouldn’t be getting +10C let alone 20 until October-November AND we’ve already had to deal with five bushfires (that’s wildfires for you Americans) in our area. Thanks a lot, climate change.

You’re not supposed to have words for it. Obviously, law doesn’t fix this, it only cleans up behind the mess. There’s nothing really to do. Who are you protesting? They are in custody already. That it’s not done elsewhere, but in the Bronx may be made big, but this can happen with any random stranger having your child, who is declared safe.
There’s a reason why I’m a sahm, and it’s a huge financial sacrifice. My son puts EVERYTHING in his mouth.

i always see people say that Sheldon Cooper was their only autistic rep on TV so even though he’s regarded as Not Good Rep it was better than nothing
BUT Bones started airing 2 years before The Big Bang Theory and Dr. Brennen is WAY better rep and you get Hodgins and Zack too so wtf

It’s the demographics for that kind of show vs the other. Bones is made for much tighter audience, often older, AND she isn’t always noticeably neurodivergent for people to remember it. Sheldon is from a show that was Nerds for Dummies, which is why so much of it was pretense at having a high IQ but wasn’t, and it’s so in-your-face, that you can’t see “one of us” there, for outsiders. So people gravitate.

They made it big because the Bronx happens to be an area in a big city, and loads of people live there or around that area. It just happened to make the news cause of the Bronx, yes like you said.
You have no idea what is going on in a daycare, and if you can be a SAHM, that’s the best option. You want to keep an eye on your kid, and you want what’s best for them.
It just kinda made me mad that the daycare personnel exposed the kids, who are barely walking or talking to the drugs. And that the survivors might have brain damage, or complications from this in the future.
