I am too, but sheās a NUT with a 8 year old boy with her 24/7 and stayed up all night, etc. All to submit to the wattys. Sheās now on book 2 of goodness knows how many with 25K.

Wattpad paid insights. I bought them well over 48 hours ago and nothing yet from them. Kinda annoyed to be honest. Yes, some stupid law Quebec has about the Wattys disqualifies Quebec from entering them.
Iām keeping Unquenchable Pursuit (50K) complete and working on Chasing a Memory (about 13K thus far) on Wattpad just until the new year in hopes that they might look my way for star status/paid. according to wp rules, you need two books on your profile with 50K a piece before you can even fill out the form in hopes theyāll consider you.
A little ridiculous but itād be more money likely than selling myself.

A new continentā¦? Was it really possible?
She supposed she shouldnāt be so surprised. Technology was always improving. It made sense theyād find a way to get around the monsters in the sea. Stillā¦ what if there were dragons flying over the sea or something? New technology, even new technology that had undergone the best of testing, was risky.
āI canāt believe it. Me and Brett have barely seen any of this continent, and weāre going to be shipped off to see something the people around here donāt even know exists? I really hope thereās something out there.ā he said, wonder in his voice.

The boy didnāt smile much. Athilis was glad he was happy, at least. She couldnāt summon up any positive feelings about the whole thing- she felt homesick of this continent, her home, already, and she didnāt want to die far out into the featureless ocean, impaled be a peice of a crashed airship and drowned.

Iām gonna drop out here. I should do some thinking about what the airship crew is going to be like before they go to it. Though I could also write a subplot about how Tigerlily got picked up by a dragonā¦
