Don’t use four letters, MBTI.

No, your type doesn’t change every time you take a test. No, you don’t go from ENFP to ENTP and suddenly become a thinker because a test tells you. There are functions, ENFP has different ones to ENTP.

My type doesn’t change. I’ve taken the test around four times over the last ten years, and each time it was consistently INTJ. Sometimes I go from 80% introvert to 90% introvert, but other than that my personality type is more or less consistent.

Those percentages really mean nothing, even if you’re consistently scoring the same one or similar percentages. You’re cognitively introverted (Ni - introverted intuition is your main type) if you’re INTJ. You also use Te (extroverted thinking) as your secondary function, which gives you the INTJ type (in short).
