It feels like it. But no, I’ve been writing it since prompts were released, so maybe day 5 or day 4? Finished 1st draft of 17 chapters (averaging around 1200 words), so ok run so far.

Damn. I wish I had enough time to write that much. I’m behind on everything lol

Hubby washed dishes today because I really don’t have the time. Lmao

Lol I’m probably gonna be squeezing in all my writing plus laundry during my son’s naptime then dishes will have to wait until tonight.

I feel you.

So what ONC prompt are you using?

I’ve got cows.

Interesting…

I looked at it, thought it was dumb at first glance.

But then I realized no one was likely to do it.

That’s the whole prompt? Cows?

Not much to it.

Hello! How’s everyone?

Just seems like a normal day in rural Chile to me

Antsy but good.

America doesn’t have a lot of people having just one cow since the government shot a ton of them to stop grannies from selling raw milk back when they decided we’d be a pasteurized nation. That killed a lot of people’s main means of support after retirement, too.

Wow…

That’s… disturbing…

I’m 40, my oldest grandparents I personally knew were born 100 years ago. I’ve got a lot of oddball history stuck in my head.

There’s only recently been a resurrection of small milk producers, often for soaps, and it’s usually goat milk. Only way to keep the government off your back about the quality of the milk.

Huh. What are you doing with it?
