My family, it’s not a big deal for a grandchild to take care of a grandparent, but it was under the understanding that it is my TIME that was owed. They have children for a reason, so don’t put all that on the grandchild.

If I ever go flying, I am saving up and buying a whole row of seats because I sure as hell don’t want anyone else sitting beside me, especially not a kid. Not a crying kid. Not an annoying person who will talk to me. So I can have peace. And so I can also relax.

Also, there are flights that are long-haul without kids. I need one short haul to Spain without kids.
