I am still using Uber back home, which I should’ve use in the beginning.
fair enough, going out was the important part anyways.
Just because I walked today, doesn’t mean I will walk again. So, lazy or not I am getting driven there.
Yeah…
I mean… Shit happens. That sucks and I’m sorry you got hurt tho.
I’m sorry too! At least I can have someone take me there, next time.
I’m jealous you can go to a library with English books. Go for me and smell the books for me.
Maybe it was a Freudian slip, like, literally…? (>‿◠)
It just strikes me as a strange coincidence that you didn’t want to go, and then you have an accident on the way there, so now you have an excuse for never going again. (♯^.^ღ)
I hope they had paper towels in the restroom so you could wash your knee! Scrapes get nasty when they get infected, so keep them clean and bandaged. Ice is good for swelling if you have any bruises, although I’m not a nurse and I think other people here are and could give you better advice. Anyway, hope it heals quickly! And good on you for going! Did you at least get some writing in, or check out some good books, DVDs, CDs, or whatever they lend?
No. The pain was bothering me and I was pissed by that point. I did stay for a bit to sit down.
Yeah…it’s weird that way.
I am glad I walked to library…sorta.
That’s just me going to work each shift…
You need to push yourself to go out and find somewhere that you feel comfortable with. Somewhere that just feels quiet enough for you to take in the surroundings at ease. Somewhere that just seems to fit your moment…
Then hold on to it, breath it in, and take it as it is… No over thinking shit at that point, just enjoy it all… The sounds, the visuals, the people doing their own thing…
One step ay a time… No timeline or dates to do this by, just in your own time… Build it up slowly and for longer periods of time also… In time it will build your confidence too…
One step at a time though, eh?

Did you read the part when I fell walking there?
I was not aware… I hope you are okay.

Yeah, I just need to take it slow, as you’ve mentioned.
I just went for it. LOL!
Slow and steady wins the race, so they say… Well done for giving it a go!
