My sleep schedule is like 1 am - 5 am (even with melatonin gummies cause those don’t work on me for some reason) I don’t find myself tired in the day, unless it’s when I get up from sleep (on Saturday I usually get up near noon and the other days I wake up at 6 am - 8 am)

Yeah, I can understand that, I’m the type to rehearse a sentence in my head before saying something. It comes out weird but I don’t usually pay any attention or really care

Yeah most times you just have to run with it. I don’t really talk much with new people so it’s hard to practice too. I feel like everyone is judging what I say lol.
