@NovelWritingIsHard could you clarify a bit more on Caz’s Time Travel ability (specifically set perimeters, intended usage in combat etc) and explain more about her physical form?

Okay, so I kept saying “physical form” but all I meant by that was body. She only has one form, which is her physical form, so in all simplicity it’s like this:
Caz = a consciousness inhabiting a body.
Time Travel
So the only part of Caz that goes through time is her consciousness, and she can only do it once or sometimes twice in a five minute period because otherwise she can get lost and be unable to find the present moment again. Because of that, she only uses it if she needs to redo something, essentially… Finds herself in a position she can’t get out of, so goes back and prevents herself from getting into it.
I don’t exactly know how far back and forth she can go but she’s not going to yesterday or tomorrow or anything… Maybe ten minutes tops?

So I’m gonna need you to elaborate way more on Caz’s physical form, because you gave like 3 different wildly contradicting versions. Is she incorporeal, resistant to all damage, or a fragile shell over emptiness?
Also, when her conscious goes through time, can she change the past/future or just gain knowledge? Can she physically do anything or is it just her thoughts?
