Basically, if you use stock images, fonts or vectors created by third parties, you have to check the licence agreements and ensure that you’re allowed to use it for commerical purposes (i.e. the download comes with a commercial licence agreement so you are allowed to use the resource for making money) so that no one gets sued.
For example, Harelia is a free font that you can download from websites, however the licence agreement is “free for personal use only” (as stipulated in the READ-ME document included in the file); if you want a commericial licence you have to purchase it.
