I think the only thing I miss in CSP is layer styles. Outside of that…
sometimes I prefer it…
I think drawing/painting in general feels a lot nicer in CSP. I just miss some of the filters (layer styles included) in PS. CSP has its own version of some of them, but the PS ones produced higher quality effects imo
That said, PS is super expensive so subscribing to it just for after-effects/editing is not worth for me
AGREED. I think the pen sensitivity is better, and the preloaded brushes are a lot more extensive. PS has gotten a little better, they recently added a “smoothing” option which is like the stabilization in CSP.
Ugh yeah. I write it off on my taxes as a business expense
cuz technically it is. But yeah, if I didn’t use it for covers I’d probably switch exclusively to CSP and Procreate. I like the feeling of character drawing in Procreate over Photoshop too.
Thanks a lot!
Vectornator is COMPLETELY free.
That’s what I used for the cheese and more.

These are all SO great y’all! I’m going to start reaching out to a couple of y’all soon so we can go over specifics for merch design and how you’d like to be credited.
I love that our community is so excited to be a part of this!!
