Happy Monday! I am starting to get back into the swing of things! Last week it was a question, this week it’s a little more obvious that I am. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you do just a little each day and you have felt like a normal human for at least 2 weeks in a row. Still haven’t touched my reading though, but the cleaner my house gets and the more organized my life gets, the closer to having time to sit down and read I get!
To be honest, I don’t know how things work here since I’m new, but I would like to share a bit about my beta reading work with you. My name is Andrew, and I have a PhD in Literature from the University of Chicago. With 15 years of experience in the field, I can say that I have developed a sharp eye for narrative structure, character development, and thematic richness.

Hey! Happy to hear you are doing good and miss this crew also I feel like once I slid down the slide it’s hard to crawl back up lol. I STILL have not got adiquite time off work and I think am strating to understand what work paralisis feels like. Am very sluggish with tasks and just trying to get back to high energy state. Need some more water -less coffee haha. Hope everyone is doing well also. I have been picking away in the background at stories but no real progress to post. Will hopefully have a dirfferent song to sing come Dec.

Happy Monday! Another Monday! I just finished reading 1984 *If you know you know. Had to pick up two fluffier books for afterwards XD. So I have a halloween costume party murder book, and a witchy coffee shop book haha. I’m excited to read those. The library has been nice because I feel like I failed if I have to renew it, so I stress myself out to get it fully read in the two week period. This week I’m trying to tackle two books with two kids that don’t let me sit down and read.
Agreed wattpad got so commercialized and I stopped posting as I decided to pursue trad and self publish routes and wasn;t confident in wattpad anymore… the politics gto weird.

Happy Monday! Not much to report from over here! My poor 3 year old woke up with a stomach bug this morning, so I’m spending the time while both babies napping getting in some me time. Happy Thanksgiving to those in the states.
I’m here and just super unproductive. I’ve barely written since I finished the second in the witch trilogy. I’ve been editing this one and then that one and haven’t really done anything.
I have surgery though on Tuesday and I’m moving at the end of December and have to furnish an entire apartment and I’ve been trying to reign in my feral son. So there’s little to no energy left for writing.
I feel like when there’s too much going on it zaps my creativity. But on a brighter note, I got accepted into an MFA in Creative Writing program. I’m not sure I am going to do it though. If all this with student loans end up screwing us with loans over, I doubt I’ll do it. Which is a bummer because I would love to take these classes and make connections within the professional writing world. We’ll see I guess.
Hope everyone is doing well. I’m hoping after surgery next week to get back to reading for those who are still active and here.
Brittani, I think you’re the only one not on hiatus so I shared the 2nd in my witch trilogy with you. If you’d rather read the newest draft of my 1st book though, lmk. I changed to 1st person present and I am working on adding some more to it.
