They had to know that I had a baby inside me so they wouldn’t jump on me, so they got really excited about the idea. It’s pretty common, just awkward because I’m wondering when they will grow out of it.

Well, might be good not to say anything and just watch and see what happens.
When I was five or six, my mom told me I was being weird, so I became ashamed and stopped. Never did it again after that. Basically, she made me feel bad 
We never discussed it.
The only time I condone embarrassment as correction is when they should be embarassed to do it: like throwing their shoes at me. Then bring otherwise weird around family is family.
