We did when I was young, but currently the hawk/owl/snake/feral cats/coyotes and gators are at nuisance levels AND our neighbor runs them, so we ain’t dealing with them right now. The amount of work this property needs done is tremendous.

I actually wanted to become a filmmaker when I was younger because I wanted to combine my love of photography/cinematography with storytelling. I tried making a couple short films but they did not pan out the way I thought they were going to.
Nothing fancy. I spent a bit of savings (ages ago) on an Amazon package deal—the camera itself is, I believe (I don’t quite remember, so I’ll have to check again later), an EOS Rebel T7… or something similar? The bundle came with the camera, bag, two lens, filters, and a tripod… for like 600 dollars. Which is a really good deal because the camera itself was 300 alone (if bought separately) and each lens was 80+ dollars (also if bought separately).

Yeah. It was the biggest thing I had ever spent on myself. I was working part-time and had saved for like a month, and then the next paycheck I got, I spent it all on the bundle.

Plenty of places online to meet like-minded people who want to make films, too. And who knows? Maybe you can enter into contests etc!

No, I meant that the quality of the camera/picture is so good it looks like a fake photo xD.
Hobbies:
- Jewelry making (beads and wire usually, but also the odd glasswork, chainmail, or resin)
- A bunch of fibre arts related stuff (spinning yarn, crocheting, weaving, sewing, embroidery, cross-stitch etc)
- Pottery
- Baking
- Cooking
- Gardening (specifically fruits and vegetables!! There’s something so satisfying about cooking with stuff you’ve grown)
- Reading
- Listening to podcasts
- Making Picrews of my characters
- Foraging
Talents:
- I’m pretty good at selling a lot of the stuff I make, which is good because crafty hobbies are expensive
- I can’t ever write poetry or music just for fun, but if I need to incorporate them into a story I swear I gain temporary possession of some dead old poet’s aching and betrayed heart
- I can identify plants really well!!
- I’m going into science studies and I’d like to think I’m really good at weaving science foundations into my magic structures
- I’m a really strong swimmer
- I’m counting my baking as a talent too bc I swear bread can smell your fear but I can actually make decent bread so I say that’s a win

They headbutt, try to eat doors, fight over one blade of grass, lose their babies, run around while giving birth, think horses are gaint sheep, and a lot of other stupid things that give hours of entertainment

- Cycling (only on Saturdays if it’s sunny out)
- Running (haven’t done it for a while tho)
- Cafes (always on the hunt for the best bagels)
- Art galleries (gave up on dating apps, now i’m committed to sitting around confused in art galleries till i find a lover)
- Urban exploring (newest obsession is brutalist architecture)
- Antiquing (tiffany lamps make great gifts)
Talents:
Well I played trumpet in a big band when I was younger. I now play classical guitar and ukulele. I’ve been told I have a keen eye for design… but that’s probably because I’m gay
