Some people treat tone as simply presentation but I see it as intrinsically connected to plot development and character arcs. The image above proves my point beautifully.
What do you guys think about tone, if you think about it at all?
I think you can either deliberately incorporate tone, deliberately try to acchieve it, let it come through as a byproduct, or shift things after fact to give that presentation
But practically people use tone to mean the gist of something independent of its content/ context - sometimes there is effort tp make that extra extra apparent and obvious hence why called presentation
