This is what it looks like now.
I tried.
Shh...come look here!
I used a template that I found nice, though it was difficult because there isn’t a template that is the right fit for me. I had to get creative by redoing it to fit my need.
I’m not sure if this one fits, but it kinda does.
As for if I will use this as the final product, I don’t think I can even if it was free for me to use. I would feel bad if I did.
Thoughts and feelings?

Do you think I will get in trouble using it for publishing? I would like to but I worry too much.
And this template wasn’t the pro version, it was free.

very nice
you can use it on Wattpad but unless you used public domain images or purchased a license to use those images for profit, you can’t use it as a real book cover.

I didn’t purchase anything. It was free and I just redid it to fit the idea in my head.
Thanks for letting me know. I won’t use it for publishing, just print it out in “published” book format for myself.
Though the idea for the cover is growing on me.

It’s not bad for “unofficial” publishing like on sites such as wattpad or whatnot. The font is pretty basic and the border isn’t terribly original, but there’s nothing wrong with it. I just think it could be more eye catching.

Whatnot? Is that your mean way of Wattpad? Lol!
Yeah, I can’t quite capture the vision in my head perfectly.
Lol no, whatnot is just a word used in this context as a figure of expression, like saying “wattpad or whatever else is out there that’s similar”.
I was making covers worse than this one before going to school for graphic design. So it’s really not that bad. I just think it could be improved now that I’ve got an education on this sort of thing.
It might help to try sketching out your ideas first, go through a few different versions before narrowing it down to what you like best, then see what you can do with that. The sketches don’t have to be good. They are just roughs to give you an idea of what could be.

okay like free as in every single thing on the cover came from the canva studio or free as in you saved that crown pic or the blood splatter from google/pinterest/ect?

Thanks
I can’t use it for real publishing, though.
