In my novel series Project Red, there’s an organization called the Order of Rust which is a massive crime syndicate that dwells in the shadows. This organization is known for creating major crimes that go unexplained along with dishing out petty crimes. Their goal is to recreate the world in their image which is a dark and dreary one.
Then comes the Ravakalyn which are the fallen Saints (Saints are the gods within Alagossia) who are creating mayhem in order to locate the Saint Keys that can turn them back into Saints. They are also trying to find their queen’s Saint Key along with her clone.
The Knighthood United Alliance is an organization which was created to put an end to the calamity that the Order of Rust is causing, along with helping others who have suffered from them. Knights for the people.
The problem that I am having is more along the lines that there’s too much going on. So, I came up with three ideas that can save me the trouble, but I will only need one of them to complete the story.
I want to primarily talk about the Order of Rust though. That is why I gave myself three ideas for them.
Idea 1: The Ravakalyn makes up the majority of the Order of Rust organization. They are creating large scale crimes as they search for where the Saint Keys are hidden. They use Order of Rust as a front to be able to create chaos while sneakily searching for the Saint Keys.
Idea 2. The Order of Rust and the Ravakalyn are actually working together though they have their own goals and ambitions. Both parties are using each other for their own twisted gain while pretending to get along.
Idea 3. The Ravakalyn and the Order of Rust are not working together, but the Order of Rust are using the crimes that the Ravakalyn are doing to benefit themselves.
Bonus Idea 4. The Ravakalyn secretly have control over the Order of Rust who have no idea that the crimes they are committing are a front to search for the Saint Keys in order to reclaim their divinity and take revenge against the Saints.
