Izi: “Ooh what if I do it anyways, since it probably won’t kill me?”
Lozerief: “Haha.” She pauses, “Wrong. Favorite color is dark purple and my favorite hobby is writing–academically writing.” She shrugs.
Henry: “what do you think, fish stick? 
”
And ace stands and stares back, eventually moving closer to the house with a desire to peek inside
“It’ll keep you youthful and give you energy for like a week.” Michelle nods
Gio actually seems interested in the writing but. “My girl likes sky blue. So you write like textbooks?”
Amika throws hir hands up. “Sorry, dude.”
Nu: «It’s clear you won’t leave without a tour,» they mention, swooping in between Ace and the house. «Would you like one?»
Izi: “Does it taste good?”
Lozerief shrugs: “I wrote my nation’s religious text, but my academic papers today just get published online. I’m a magic researcher.” She nods.
Henry: “I prefer the princess’s knight,” he says seriously.
Ace blinks. “…will the girl be joining us?” He seems to take an interest in Hailey.
“With the right seasonings.” She beamed. “Went to try it? I’ve never had it but always thought it’d be nice.” Michelle begins to order two
Gio: “what’s that entail?”
Amika: “Got it, Princess’ Knight. Who is your princess?”
Sadie: “I mean, I’m hir princess.” Sadie drapes her arms across Amika’s shoulders.

IzI: “Ooh yes please.” He nods. “Are mermaids evil? Sometimes I hear Hota talking about them in folklore.”
Lozerief: “Depends on the topic. Sometimes it’s ‘ok, I want to make a coffee mug inside a particle collider to see what happens’ and then analyze the results.”
Henry blinks. “Fish and human affection? This is weird. Aren’t you a demon?” He looks to amika

“Fine. I’ll take a tour.”
Michelle: “They can be. That’s more sirens. You don’t want to make a siren angry. Have you met Alayna yet?”
Gio: “and what would happen to the coffee mug? I feel like it’s explode. And you and Michelle must be like best friends nerding out together.” He chuckled.
Amika huffs and frowns.
Cherry: “I am,” she answers timidly.
Sadie shrugs. “Also ze’s not a fish so go figure.”
Nu: «Of course.» They nod, strolling down the hill. «Follow me.»
Izi: “Alayna…? And, no I don’t think I have.”
Lozerief nods: “And, the coffee mug is fine. Particle colliders don’t do very much damage.”
Henry’s attention turns to cherry. What she look like again? XD

Gio timidly rubs the back of his head “I admit I’m not a science guy. I thought I heard those were like black holes.”
Ooh ok ok so she’s got reddish-pink skin and black-and-blue eyes and I can see her wearing ripped jeans and a crop top + converse.
Cherry waves and grins.
Oh boy what’s going on in the house 
Nu: «And this:» they motion down the hill to a series of towns along the sea shore. «The Twin Principalities of Ytos and Itaush.»
Izi: “Is that a good thing?” He blinks. “Also the Sirens I know are needlesly vague and intense…”
Lozerief: “It’s… more complicated than that. It’s more like slamming two bricks together and seeing what shape the chunks fly out as.”

Henry: “What are those alien clothes you wear, demon?” He squints as if it’s hard for him to understand the clothes
There may or may not be a levitating Hailey a la the exorcist style 
“fancy city names… How many people live there?” Ace grins menacingly.
Michelle: “Meh.” She shrugs at the first half “they don’t lead people to their deaths with the promise of youth or intimacy for their life force?

“and what does that lead to exactly?” Gio is nearly finished with his meal. “And you’ll want to eat that while it’s hot.” He points at her food.

Cherry: “Oh I got them from home.” She grins.

Izi: “Nah. They’re just blue and have scales and live in the water. Except for Asaqua and she’s a creep. She’s like… older than Tev and super weird about prophecies and stuff…”
Lozerief: “A broken coffee cup,” She chuckles. “Oh, yeah, for sure.” She takes a bite of her food, chewing like a horse for a moment before gulping her large bite down. “Not bad.”
Henry: “I’ve never seen armor like that…” he studies the clothing more closely, moving his giant beak dangerously close to her face
Ace: “sounds lovely. I’d like to explore.”

Omg a horse! I pictured squid ears eating a krabby patty 
Gio: “see, I’ve got good taste, huh?

Cherry: “Oh, it’s just for show.” She reaches out to pat his beak.
Nu: “Oh, it’s nice and all, but—“
within seconds, they can feel a spear poking into their neck as the sounds of heavy mammals come up behind them.
Nu: “I… may have forgotten about them…”
The Tewoo! the polar bear riders lol
Izi: “Probably not, since she just hangs out in the ocean a lot.”
Lozerief: “What, in food or women? Very different flavors.” She shrugged. “I’ll admit, it tastes good.”
Henry makes whatever happy bird noises there are - he obviously prefers the demon to the humans XD
ace turns and licks their lipless teeth as they eye the polar bears like a tasty treat 
Michelle: “would you like me to meet her?”
“Different flavors?” he snickers. “My taste in women’s always been the same.”
Cherry: “Oh… you like that?”
Amika and Sadie back away to the comfort of Adam loool.
The Tewoo guard steps back before Nu bows before them, whispering to Ace to do the same.
Izi: “
Only with my mom, unless you’re interested, in which case I can figure something out.”
Lozerief: “Same here: way outta my league. 
It’s a wonder I ended up with my wife.”
Adam smiles, showing his little demonic fangs xD
Henry bumps his big bead into cherry body in bliss haha.
Adam: “Alright, well while those two” He snickers “lovebirds do their thing… Back to the party?” A few gophers pop their heads out
Ace wonders if they go invisible would it really matter but bows anyway. Also t sits and chuckles at the thought of the creator of the universe bowing to beings they’ve made xD
Michelle is finally given the mermaid snacks that I totally forgot about for a couple lines xD “are they good friends?”
Lozerief: “Same here: way outta my league. It’s a wonder I ended up with my wife.”
Gio: "another genius, huh? What is there like a club or something? " He laughs heartily.
Cherry giggles: “Hey you’re pretty cool–what’s your name?”
Amika: “Please. I’m starving.”

They stand and acknowledge the Tewoo, speaking in Ytos for a minute before explaining to Ace that, “the Tewoo guard this place. I’ve made us an arrangement to visit the Queen’s igloo.”
Izi: “Asaqua was her Guardian. There’s an entire chapter devoted to her in the Epic of the Hero of Life.” Izi shrugs.
Lozerief: “Nah–we actually met in a volcano where I almost died when I was a girl–fun times.”
Henry gives his entire title…in his native bird squawking language xD
The gopher elder to amika: “psst!” His head is popped out
Nu could literally destroy them with a thanos snap😂
Ace: “a Queen of ice? Wow, I’m not in hell anymore…” They blink
Michelle hands over izis mermaid food. “Was? You make it sound like she’s deceased…”
Gio: “dude, our ideas of fun, vastly different… and in a volcano?”
Cherry: “Mhm, mhm, and what exactly does that mean, again?” She grins awkwardly.
Amika: “Mmm?” Ze looks over, squatting down.
Nu: “Of course not. The Tewoo Queen is a venerable royal in most of the world.”
The Tewoo move out, and Nu follows them, hoping Ace will too.
Izi: “Oh… right… you weren’t there for that.” He clears his throat before taking a bite of the mermaid food, too engrossed in the conversation to focus on its flavor. “Ok so do you want the long story or do you want Lozerief to tell it?”
Lozerief smacks her lips, leaning back and nodding. “Oh, it wasn’t fun, trust me. We have a phrase for that in Zispoel: Nourebir egor. Adventure without god.” Nevermind that the phrase was later translated into modern Zispoel as ‘trauma.’
I don’t feel like going to search for his long title that I forgot so he says it lol
“If it Safe?” He shivers “please protect us, Fish god!”
Ace does with curious joy “How powerful is she? And can I eat a polar bear?” They whisper to Nu
“Whose the better storyteller?” Michelle smirks and asks if he’s got an upset tummy, exploding if the food makes him sick That’sa bad sign
Gio snickers behind his hand. “Without god? I mean dude’s overrated but alright”
