Nope! Lots of other writers do that too. Anything you can do to stretch out a book into a series will only help you these days, so go for it! ( ˆ◡ˆ)۶ ٩(˘◡˘ )

I’ve definitely written several AU books/stories to canon characters (and I still have it in my head to write a gender swap story for one of my favorite characters)
Maybe I will do that then. I have some interesting ideas to be honest.
