Ugh! I just want to write and be productive, but my iron levels are low and the moment I stand up from sitting or laying too fast I get super dizzy and weak.
I do take it easy, but shit is it hard and my ADHD is being a bit worse because of it.
Got any advice for me on how I should get some writing in while taking it a bit easy. I am journaling my daily life, but that is all that I am doing in terms of writing.
Note: I do have an appointment with a doctor about my iron levels coming soon this month.
I take an otc iron pill every day, along with other supplements. Or you could just eat more spinach, beef, bread and other things that have iron in them. ÂŻ\_(ïą)_/ÂŻ
