Lacking energy to get some creative writing done...

Ugh! I just want to write and be productive, but my iron levels are low and the moment I stand up from sitting or laying too fast I get super dizzy and weak.

I do take it easy, but shit is it hard and my ADHD is being a bit worse because of it.

Got any advice for me on how I should get some writing in while taking it a bit easy. I am journaling my daily life, but that is all that I am doing in terms of writing.

Note: I do have an appointment with a doctor about my iron levels coming soon this month.

Thoughts and feelings?

Taking notes is an option
though.

I take an otc iron pill every day, along with other supplements. Or you could just eat more spinach, beef, bread and other things that have iron in them. ÂŻ\_(ïą)_/ÂŻ

Glad you have a doctor’s appointment coming up! Hope it goes well. ( ˆ◡ˆ)Û¶ Ù©(˘◡˘ )

Yeah, I hope so too.
I was taking iron pills prescribed by my doctor, but that eventually stopped working months later.

I need a hematologist for this. Which is why I have the upcoming appointment.

I guess have audio recordings of your thoughts “speech to text” ans get on your back and cyclenyour legs for the restlessness.

That is a good idea.
Thanks. I need to get use to hearing my voice on recording though.

Don’t know why that bothers me. :unamused:

Speech to te t, though having errors means you wouldnt have to hwar yoursrlf. Speech to recording, youd have to laiten to yourself.

Alright.

I like how my voice sounds when I am speaking, but when I hear it on a recording or something, I tend to hate it somewhat.

I can’t explain why I feel that way.
