Lol!
Hi, I got one. A much better example than my other ones.
Lyra and Pantalaimon from His Dark Materials.
I know theyâre stuck with each other, but I thought they had a good friendship.
My main characters vary in their level of friendly interactions. Some of my MCâs have a pretty deep circle of friends, however, taking after my experience growing up, some have small friend groups or only one or two good friends. (Cabal and Tigershark being examples of the latter)
For those in the latter category, they are rather loner types, for one reason or another, and through their lives, only get close to a few people. In their cases, their friends are men, (same gender).
Tigersharkâs best friend is someone he was friends with through the latter part of high school. They lost touch after the incident which turned David (Tigershark) into his current mutated form - not to mention the brain washing that kept him from remembering that former life. Since reconnecting, they have been close.
Cabal has few friends being that he is a dhampir and very wary of sharing his nature with humans or vampires. For a great majority of his life heâs been alone, in his hundreds he was befriended by a young man who thought he was âcoolâ. But being human, Andy grew old in Cabalâs company and eventually died. Later in his life he met Clint, through a shared negative experience with Victor Sierra (both were recruited to help the supernatural hunting organization find rogue supernaturals). But Cabal stands to lose his friendship through time just as he did with Andy.
Both men are in a steady relationship with women.
In Michaelâs case (Tigersharkâs son), he is best friends with a group of people of mixed genders (Men and women of all identities and genders). His closest friend is a girl he met in kindergarten (Theyâre now in high school). This develops into a romance off and on through Middle and High schoolâŚ
