Needing icy hot when I get home from the gym. I mean, it’s not like I do a really serious hardcore workout, and yet I’m almost crippled for the rest of the day. Yikes. ヘ( ´Д`)ノ

Not being able to bounce back from falling down the stairs.
Everything…
Getting out of bed in the mornings… Pain!
Getting up from a sofa… Pain!
Slightest fall… Pain! And a full month to recover!
Sneezed and threw out my back… Pain! And another month to recover!
Lifting a large cup of coffee to drink… Pain!
Typing this reply… Yup! Pain! Arthritis sucks like fuckery!

Getting winded just from walking up the stairs… My back going out every time I bend over… Everything I look at being slightly blurry…
Getting a small cut that seems to take DAYS even weeks to heal (or am I dramatic?). Bruises appearing out of nowhere. Little white hairs. Back pain and shoulder pain from washing dishes and cooking.
Same. Another thing I noticed is the clumsiness. I wonder if clumsiness is tied to ADHD/Autism because I am clumsy most of the time and sometimes I am fair-ish.
I mean, my body has never really worked properly so yeah Get tired very easily, constant pain, lack of stamina, generally being a klutz. Y’know, normal things
