I’m just a tiny bit paranoid so I always have to have a tv on and sometimes I’ll also be listening to something with my earbuds on top of that. I don’t know why so much sound comforts me while none makes me think there’s someone in my house or plainly just puts me on edge.

I’ve been working in a free trial of Scrivener and really enjoying it 
it has a lot of organizational features that seem to mesh well with how my brain works
I always prefer some kind of noise, especially music. I find it helps me focus.

I play some background music to set up ambience. Usually dark / epic fantasy music for my current projects. But I don’t really mind anything - I just need to write at any time.

I think what I miss most is the not caring about anything that went along with it. I’m not in the most fulfilling/interesting job right now but have to pay the bills somehow. So I really miss not having to think about money and work and some days really do wish I could throw it all away to flop down on the floor with some little plastic army dudes or star wars figures or something

I feel like changing the look of my personal thread’s first post. I need a little help deciding the layout though 
all the things under “Hide Details” are live code btw, because idk if using screenshots will do them justice.

Half the time I type in the dark anyways, I don’t have a fancy keyboard the lights up at night and most of my writing is done at night. So, it wouldn’t make much difference to me.
