I’m in need of recommendations for top-notch website design services. I’m at the stage where I need a professional and visually appealing website for my author platform or book promotion.
I’m afraid I only know HTML and CSS Bootstrap. I took JavaScript and SQL courses but they were extremely difficult for me and I was not good at them. I switched programs from web and mobile design to digital design. So, I could make your site look pretty, but it wouldn’t be very functional if you have advanced features like counters or databases. Sorry. 
I’m not sure a writing website is the best place to look for this, since we are all writers, not web designers. You might be better off looking in a coding forum. Though, I suppose there’s always the chance one of us already has a site established and can recommend you someone.
