Can you draw wepons well?

I think your art is cool And perfect for the aesthetic I’m going for in one of my stories.

Base color: Coming in from dark blue and going into red.
The red should be just around the character. Like he’s glowing or looks like power is coming off him or has some ominous aura. I like the fringed edges you have for some of your examples. It looks like canvas
Description of what you want. Include references if desired, or leave it up to me: The God of Death, Set, standing with his head turned to the side (so you can tell he has a dog head) and his body facing front.
Any specific details?
Just a good look at the objects he's holding
If you are going to put the objects in, they look like this.
Also, in the story, he’s kind of more like a demon than a god, so give him an ominous look. Maybe he could look angry.
Questions?: No questions. Thank you for doing this!
@NotARussianBot @TheTigerWriter Apologies for the delay. I’m having a bit of a block. To get me back going, I’d like to know some more specifics.
@NotARussianBot I’m a little unclear. Do you want me to try and replicate that drawing? Almost makes it seem like I’d be making it worse, considering the level of detail you have vs. what I can do. Am I misunderstanding?
@TheTigerWriter Would you prefer a horizontal or vertical orientation on the canvas? I usually do horizontal, but vertical might work well for yours.
Just to draw Kayliani
Ah, okay. Just the character holding her weapons?
Yep
I agree. I think vertical would work, too If you need anything more, let me know.
Here's a little about the character in case it might help with your block:
In the story, Set only appears at the climax, but he’s constantly talked about throughout.
You might see there’s that staff he holds. Because of a skirmish with another god, that’s been broken into pieces and scattered throughout a fictional Egypt. His followers from hundreds of years ago continue to worship him and search for the missing pieces. If they find the pieces, Set will be reawakened, and he has promised as a reward to give the followers some of his power (power over death and power over mortals). So the followers, the villains, are after the missing pieces, often fighting against other villains who aren’t followers but just want the power.
So, basically, Set is talked about throughout the story as, sometimes this ominous evil god, but at other times he’s talked about as like this wonderful, powerful, misunderstood god. Generally, villains want to bring him back to the mortal world to get the reward, while the good guys try to stop that because, I mean, do you want a group of evil immortal assassins working with the god of death? (Also, of course, there’s a twist. Do you really believe the god of death will give his powers to mortals?)
Also, take your time! No rush
Hi, no rush or anything, just wondering how it’s going
Good grief. Amidst the chaos of finals and prepping for my summer program, I didn’t remember. I can still do it though.
I’m very sorry
