I donât know why it should, but yes you are right about that.
Personally, beside my ADHD/Autism always against me, I do have some physical issues that I dealt with.
I donât want children, I hate the thought of wanting to be a mother. I see no point in such a thing for myself.
So, I genuinely want to feel better and do more. I know I will still deal with problems, but I wonât have to struggle super hard.

Most (though not all of them) female fans of Shounen anime are such die hard yaoi shippers or plain shippers that to find an actual female fan who does not ship AT ALL and just watches the show as a fan engaged in the character, story, plot, and etc is so unbelievably rare.
Yes, there are male yaoi shippers in the Shounen anime fandom, but are they the loudest and most annoying in the shipping Shounen fandom. No they are not, but they exist. Until they speak loudly and clearly, they will get attacked just like the yaoi fan girls, especially if they are crazy like the loudest and most annoying ones.
I do admit that I love yaoi when itâs the actual source, not from a shounen anime that has ZERO yaoi in it. I used to ship fictional characters in my younger years. I ainât about that life, nor do I want to be.
Shounen anime is for preteen to late teenage boys who want to make friends, go on epic adventures, fight in badass magical battles, discovering themselves as boys to men, and do ANYTHING that isnât yaoi-based. Some fall in love with their dream girl, others donât and wonâtâŠyet (depending on the mangaka).
Senien is the same way with these crazies. One Piece has plenty, Tower of God has plenty, NARUTO FUCKING HAD A CRAP TON THAT I DESPISE THEM, WISHING THEY DIED, and it doesnât stop.
Yaoi exist, Shounenai exists, but for them itâs not enough.

I can trace all of the shipping based anime fandoms out from Naruto. These same people threw a hissy fit over Voltron Legendary Defender because the show didnât give them their preferred gay ship. These same people went on to join the MHA fandom, creating the cringepocalypse.

That is why yaoi and Shounen-ai/Boysâ Love exist. You should be ranting and raving about how there isnât enough of those done.

In Tower of God, Khun and Baam are shipped together just because they are so friendly to each that it should be gay. Because two males that are genuinely best friends and behave like brothers are gay. Khun is Baamâs close and dear friend/heâs my brother (not really).
Donât get me started on the âwell-this-is fiction-we are allowed to do yaoi ships-or-ships-in generalâ fans who ONLY care about the ships and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE!!!

Honestly, it might not be as loud, but GokuxVegeta are shipped together. Toss in TrunksxGohan or whatever it may be, then you have it.

I wish, in terms of the crazy and annoying fans, we only had to deal with the power scalers in both shounen and seinen.
And powerscalers are fucking annoying too!

It happens but it is easier to ignore. Youtube is not showing me lots of videos made by DB shippers when it suggests Dragon Ball content. Also not helping is the Super Homophobic Vegeto meme.
