So, does Batman have super bat sense like Spiderman has super spidey sense? Or is Batman just… a man who is a vigilante?

Am I going to look this up?

Nope :stuck_out_tongue:

I have to read many genres to know what books work for me.

No freaky batstuff. But Batman isn’t just some guy. He’s a super genius. There’s a reason why he’s the world’s greatest detective. Plus the strength and gadgets.

Spiderman is some punk (derogatory) who got lucky.

One of the consequences of being the oldest Strawhat is that you have lived long enough to experience several lifetimes worth of suffering.

@JojoDahlia
I was watching something about how superheroes can only be for children and remembered that Devilman meets the defintion of what a superhero is.

The first anime was more child-friendly but the original manga…far from it.

Lol it’s up to debate whether it’s a ā€œrealā€ superpower. But deffo big brain vibes. I dunno Batman is cool. He’s never been my fave though

I mean a looot of anime dudes & dudettes can be superheroes in a sense. It’s such a braindead take to say superheroes are only for kids lmao do they live under a rock?

It’s hard to say that they live, since this guy seems to only exist as a combative internet persona who pops up on an unaspicous day to say ā€œStar Wars is a movie about space wizards for childrenā€ before retreating into wherever he came from.
Granted his argument isn’t ā€œSuperheros are only for kidsā€ but ā€œSuperheros should only be for kids unless I like them, then it’s OKā€.

I would argue that superheroes are appealing to people of all ages, and that is why they are so great, but the idea of enduring through flexibility is quite rare now.

Okay, so Batman is some guy who’s just smart :stuck_out_tongue:

I was asking because I was thinking what is the line between being a super human and being just some guy who happens to have a cool talent?

I was thinking about one of my characters who is still definitely human, but he has so many supernatural abilities given by his demon companion, so, maybe he stopped being human at some point? So, what point is that?

It’s a philosophical question at the end of the day.

If you were not aware, Devilman is insanity on levels that have not yet been formally described.
