I prefer to use Stable Diffusion XL for AI image generation. If you don’t mind a subscription fee, Mid Journey is also good for character / concept images. However, the free / open source alternatives are catching up to Mid Journey in regards to image quality, resolution, and image editing.
Oh, another downside to Flux is it requires a working knowledge of the Comfy UI web portal for use. I only know how to use the A1111 web portal, for SDXL.
