I’ve just been going through all the decorative/fancy fonts that are free for commercial use at 1001 Fonts and DaFont, and you know what? I’m not worried about AI stealing human jobs anymore. Cuz there’s no way AI can sniff the same glue humans can and come up with stuff like this. Nope. Doods, we’re safe. We really are. ٩(˘◡˘)۶

Got done doing a writing sprint, but it wasn’t the story, but rather the information on the story itself. I didn’t start the first chapter of the first draft, because I was zero drafting a bit. I am tired and need to stand.

So, I tried to install and run Autogen AI, and Silly Tavern AI (connected to a local install of OoogaBooga AI), for story research and character dialogue brainstorming.
Discovered half way through the former, the Ollama software (needed for Autogen to operate local models) doesn’t have a Windows install option (yet), and the only alternative is a OpenAI GPT-4 API key (for the monthly subscription price of $30 AUS). Not an option at the moment.
And the Silly Tavern UI character chat interface doesn’t produce any responses. Either my graphics card is lagging worse than the days of dial-up, running Stable Diffusion XL in the background probably didn’t help, or I made a mistake somewhere.
So close, yet so far.
Update: Maybe I shouldn’t worry about setting up a local-install AI writing assistant, and just wait a year or two. AGI speed-run, anyone?
I’m just going to say that I felt more represented by a bunch of color-changing alien monkey people than I have from 99% of “Latinx” characters.

Project Heir and Knight is one of the old versions of Red Reign with Jorildyn going to be written in the format I used for The House of Naivin.
Project Merellien will still get focused on, just not as much as Project Heir and Knight. This is my way of saying that I might be on to something big.
Another side tangent is that I want breakfast, but my mother is working at home and is doing some video meeting and needs silence. So, I can’t make food without making too much noise and I am known for making too much noise. So, I shall wait…hungry.
