I think it’s more fun when the villain isn’t trying to be relatable. You get to hate them even more, and get incredibly frustrated when they win. Their defeat in the end is going to feel so much sweeter.
I’ve been watching I, Claudius (1976). And Livia is pure evil. My hate for her is what weirdly endears me to her. I haven’t felt this much hatred for a character in a long time. It’s refreshing seeing a fully evil villain — since they’re out of fashion these days.
Interesting. I can’t remember if I have a classic villain who is my favorite.
Wait, wait, I actually might have someone and I didn’t think this person would affect me in a way.
In terms of characters that are villainous, I believe Rachel from Tower of God is starting to grow on me a bit. The craziest part is that she isn’t the series main antagonist/the big bad of the series.
They’re shooting a movie on my campus. Like what is going on?? This isn’t Oxford. I thought it was a little promo shoot for the uni but no! There are massive cameras and lights and two cops who stopped me exiting the building. But I got the clear to walk through to get outta there. Like I wanna be in it whatever this is! Somebody put me in a movie
A sailor on a missile destroyer wanted a snack while on deck watch. So they acquired a large bag of popcorn and a fishing rod. The sailor climbed up the radar mast, attached the bag to his fishing line and dangled the bag into the search radar’s sweep zone. Note: military radars are extremely powerful and dangerous (never touch an active radar ). The instant the radar dish scanned the popcorn bag it detonated the bag…apocalyptic popping…shredded corn and bag fragments everywhere. The ship’s point-defence gun batteries also went on alert, frantically searching the skies for the unknown (close) radar contact. What happened to the sailor when the Watch Master heard of this incident was not recorded.
