I love the whole idea behind them and I think Frieren and Maomao are wonderfully written female protagonists. I love the anime plots too which are great.
I would love to write my own story with a female MC similar to those two ladies. My wheels are turning as I ponder it for when I am done with my short story collection.
My only themes are corruption, discrimination, and longing for something or someone.
