Well, if it’s just one or two you might be able to get away with calling animal control or 911! Pest Control is who to call for an infestation and they have specialists to deal with it.
Although, now I’m wondering about those Snake Wranglers I used to see on TV. I didn’t see anything about them on Google. Hmm.

Vaguely up to 3rd degree, but 10 years healed, so just the way it invades the character’s life. Like she’s got some contraction in the scar on her neck, and I’m going to have the doctor suggest something somewhat experimental, rather than a full-on surgery.
