i mostly just need the reminder of what fabric looks like when it hangs at different angles. fabric looks random until you do it random, then it looks terrible. i usually hand draw and then free-hand on photoshop, merge the two for best results.crisp lines and crosshatching of the pencil flick, and the smoothness of the airbrush goes well.

I just had to research various different kinds of natural poison and dangerous animal’s latin names so I could mesh the names together into various mythical creatures.
Why did I need the scientific names for my mythical creatures?
Well, apparently, one of my characters just came out as a scientist. Like the exact opposite of what I outlined for her character. So this is going to be fun, having a character who’s smarter than I am

Omg! This is a struggle I love with daily! XD my one character is a polyglot and has so many degrees and I’m over here like “Okay, why’d I do this again?” (Like his multiple languages and stuff actually get used in the story as well as various knowledge he has, so sometimes I’m over here like “How do I say this in (Latin, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, etc.)

So I have a slight idea to kinda write a murder mystery book and I know how the victim dies. My thing is I have to google what knife is best used to slit someone’s throat, but that is kinda an intimidating thing to google
