Strange Things You've Had to Research for Your Writing

It really depends who is in office, and how big the scope of the reaction is, too.
Traditionally, people would believe that Republicans would want war while Democrats don’t, but it’s really a crapshoot with who is the president as well as the HoR and Senate. (The voters don’t line up the way you want, either. The most easily swayed to war are more likely to vote Democrat when the overall media is for a war, and to vote Republican under other paradigms. And there’s a strong anti-war push in both parties, at least at the grassroots level.)

“More conservatively, if we consider these five wars as well as other military operations listed above, the presidents who have not started a new war or been involved in escalating or starting a new military operation would include Trump (if we consider action in Syria an extension to the Obama administration’s presence), Carter and Ford.”

This would be operations that don’t get declared wars.

“If we consider the Koran War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, the war in Afghanistan and the Iraq War, Trump joins Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, Richard Nixon, John F. Kennedy and Dwight D. Eisenhower in not having officially brought the United States into a new war since 1945.”

Personally, when they don’t declare it a war, they don’t have to have it approved by the HoR and Senate, so actions not declared war are very much the fault of the president in question. When it’s declared a war, there’s blame to spread around. And I’d often prefer no military action without approval, but I’m not going to get my wish.

The thing is that since we haven’t started anything with Japan most of my life, it’s not likely to easily start because the US treats Japan as fairly consistently friendly. In a lot of ways, going after Japan would be a bit like going after Switzerland. It’s not got any backing of “they are out to get us, being backed by bigger monsters”.

So, the only way I see a fight breaking out over this is:

  1. No other contenders for constant war that the majority of the US at least won’t revolt over exists? Then someone will pick a fight over this military move.

  2. The Japanese make it to space and knock the tar out of everyone while up there? "Oh, now they’ve done and gone North Korea on the US.

I often scar outwards, in a bump. Most of those are faded to flat. The rugburn scar on my forearm (from cement) went from white to nothing, can’t even find it. But yes, the white line often is the last bit. That’s probably what gives way in that vitamin deficiency.

I have done a lot of researching on the marvelous world of the anthropods because I am planning to create a table top rpg. In addition, I also had to look into the rules of Cee-Lo, mostly because it was featured in the second season of Kaiji.

I couldn’t help but think of CeeLo Green and I read so fast I thought you said you’re making a table top rug and was even more confused. XD

How rabbits fight: specifically if they give warnings before they go for blood. (They really don’t, so you have to read a long list of aggressive actions over time to know it’s likely to happen).

Wolf & X Bunny needed that because a cursed rabbit is now living with the pack, and it just goes for the jugular every time it’s pissed–which is rabbitlike.

In my Victorian bombers research, I discovered an 1890s recipe for homemade explosions + detailed instructions on how to blow up an opera house on premiere night for maximum effect :ok_hand::ok_hand::ok_hand:

Aztec gods, sacrifice rituals, and festivals. (They’re strange to us now, obviously, but back then they were commonplace for the Aztecs).
