No use if the money doesn’t go to helping the people who need it. The US and Venezuela aren’t on friendly terms and haven’t been for a while. I’d rather not risk it.

you could try Nicaraugua, that’s pretty close geographically. Or Belize! Belize relies on tourism for revenue so it’s friendly there.
