wrote a fun little intro instead of the chapter i was supposed to start. that’s okay, it’s nice to write something i don’t hate and know i’ll have to totally re-write.

Thinking about my soon-to-be novel project and I am a bit stump in terms of title and what I want to do.
I can’t go back to Red Reign anymore because I abused that shit to death and I need to think of something else.

After being too exhausted to write for most of the week, I am so glad to have some writing time today. I feel so off when I don’t write. Going to do an update for my true crime blog then work on some book stuff. I was listening to a podcast at work yesterday that gave me some ideas. Excited to get back into it.

Gosh, I hate and love Red Reign and I might have to once again revamp for my sole only sake.
I mean I feel like I have a purpose for Red Reign because there is an idea that makes so much sense.
Yet, I am pondering on how to make the story work for me. I do want this to be an isekai and a bit different, but slightly similar to the previous stories yet with a twist.

I can do a reincarnation isekai styled futuristic version of A Song of ice and fire, but with loads of magical powers, lots of action/adventure, different types of pirates, and so much damn mystery and mythical lore!
Ooh! I need to do a short story teaser and see where that takes me!
