I’ve now decided that this magick can’t be talked about or it could reverse the resurrection (like a 50% chance). So, if someone has been resurrected, they can’t say “hey, guess what, I’ve been resurrected!” They can think about it all they want though.
If someone finds out that person has been resurrected by magick, they also can’t talk about it.
I haven’t decided how many times someone can resurrect themselves, but it’s not going to be limitless.
I totally get that. Also, you could be working on other projects, too, writing related or not. Also life can happen and “get in the way” even if it’s a good thing.
It’s great that you realized this early on. I was dead set to self publish my debut for many reasons.
But then when working on marketing, I found out something I wish I had known earlier: despite not intending to, I wrote literary fiction and that is one genre that’s 100% recommended to go trad pub with.
And I have sequels and sidequels in the works that also can’t go trad anymore.
It’s too late now. I have no choice but to continue what I started.

Context: Mary pretends to kick a demon away from Anastasia to make her feel better. Reality is, she might actually sometimes kick a demon, unbeknownst to her.
Wouldn’t she like to know that when her foot did hit Anastasia’s shadow, a tiny demon who had come through in the night would get its eyes kicked to the back of its head, such was the force. Mary’s foot was turning into tiny-demon-mortal-enemy.
That’s a good question, and one every Wattpad writer has. Googling brought up these for me. Might be a good place to start, who knows. Good luck! ( ˆ◡ˆ)۶ ٩(˘◡˘ )
