Unique flavors of wine

I had a weird dream about this. I was dreaming about a story where I couldn’t decide if the MC owned a vineyard or a restaurant. My MC loves the taste of wine and would like to create her very own flavors. In my world, wine is far different than on earth, but it can still be consumed as a beverage all the same.

The thing is that I don’t want to use the common flavors of standard wines. I want to be creative and wacky as I can be for this.

I’ll even create magical wine or wine that grants magical abilities (though that is for something else).

I’ve already come up with wacky wine flavors. Though I still need to learn about wine in general as there are different kinds (yet I can create my own versions)

Here are the random and crazy wine flavors that I created:

1. Dark Chocolate

2. Spiced Pumpkin.

3. Coffee

4. White Raspberry.

5. Milk tea

Those are just five of the crazy wines that I’ve created. Though I’m probably sure that these are as crazy.

Do you have a way of helping me out for a bit?

I’ve seen marshmallow flavored vodka, spicy cinnamon buzzballs, caramel apple liquor, etc.
For a while my youtube algorithmn was showing me crimes against my liver and kidneys.

I know that you can ferment and make raspberry beer, so why not wine? :stuck_out_tongue:

Also, you can ferment and make banana beer, apparently.

I also had to come up with some “fantasy alcohol beverages“ for my story which is why I know this stuff despite the fact I don’t drink XD

I think I’ve seen coffee wine in the grocery store actually. Must be a trip :eyes:

I don’t drink either. So, I’m really trying to get into the mindset of someone who enjoys partaking in consuming wine.

Plus my main character loves good food too so I really need to think outside the box for this story.

Do you know anyone who does drink or enjoys drinking?

When I think about a character who enjoys a bit of booze once in a while, I think of my parents who enjoy their wine, or my partner who has, time and again, tried to explain to me what it’s like to drink something after a long day at work

It’s good to ask them “So, why do you like it? Why do you drink? Why’s it make you feel good? When do you feel like you want a drink? What’s the weirdest drink you’ve had?“

Yeah, I have family and friends who drink.

People like talking about things they like, so, might be a fun conversation, and a good bit of research to ask them about it
