2 days until I intensively try to finish my book. time to do some math.

6000/26 = 231 words per day. let’s get down to business.
honestly that’s oddly attainable. and ofc I can write more if I want :)) yayyyy. and it would take me roughly 30 mins to do that so this really shoudn’t be that bad.

in my story Lara (if you remember her) has a curse because her mom got it. it passed on through her belly lol.

my skin doesn’t taste the salt
as my hips embrace the water.
as the waves come up to my lips,
the salt burns like a scalding iron brand
as the sea claims me for its own.
it caresses me everywhere,
vicious yet tender:
my face,
my arms,
my chest and back.
in the background of the waves’ abyys,
and the static and the silence
I have finally found my home.
