Hot dogs are an abomination even when thwy are made perfectly, like Nathan’s. You drown them in othwr crap ti cover up the “allowed ammount of cocokroaches” flavor.
I also have figure out how to make a “fancy potted meat.” Weird nostalgia foos done better os fin.

True yes. Over here, we use sausages (that claim to be at least 80% meat) but they can be dodgy as well.
Dont get me wrong, smoking and grilling does improve the flavor of all of them.

it’s not that bad here rn, which is surprising because it was really bad when the wildfires first started. i had to keep my windows shut so my apartment didn’t smell like smoke

NJ. We’re getting all the smoke from the Canadian fires.
The air quality is of an apocalyptic quality.
Not sure if there’s anywhere to escape to right now. This smoke cloud is huge.
Maybe back up to Canada.
